Our family has been a volunteer at Hope Worldwide through our church for some 17 years.  We have been sponsoring a 'boy' for some 10 years and he's now 18!  He is living in Gan Su, China and is striving real hard to get into college next year.   What inspires me is that he wrote me and said he would want to come back to his hometown to serve his city after his graduation, instead of going out to the richer cities like most others do.  We just contribute some HK$600 a year and he is getting a solid education!
